Its not just graphics and world handling we need to consider, Creation Engine, like its earlier versions, is made for specifically creating RPGs with the ability to build and track story line decision points during development. That reason alone makes Fallout and Elder Scrolls such an immersive experience compared to many other open world games. In Fallout every plate and piece of food is a distinct object that you could manipulate, store in your inventory or use/eat but in other games, like W3, its just a decorative setting.
